Divi commenced its business with the objective of complying with Intellectual Property Rights (IPR’s). Since commencement of manufacturing operations, Divis has been producing generic API’s using noninfringing processes. This enables the company to easily migrate to the emerging scenario, requiring IPR compliance from January 2005 onwards.
