Supporting the safety & well-being of ~5000 COVID-19 front-line warriors a day!
13 May 2020 | Support to Front-line Warriors
As the Corona virus pandemic wreaks havoc across the globe, Divi’s expresses its gratitude towards COVID-19 frontline warriors by supporting state-local police and health care authorities by setting up disinfectant tunnels and providing water dispensers at police check posts, distributing disposable safety suits, nose masks, Protective eye gear etc.
Beneficiaries:
- ~5000 people/day
Supporting Front line warriors in AP
Support provided in the state of Andhra Pradesh:
- Distributed Hot & Cold Water Dispensers and 20 litre water cans to the Police check posts at Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram limits.
- Setting up of 4 units of disinfectant chambers for Police department, Visakhapatnam.
- Providing meals/edibles to the policemen and volunteers at check posts in Vizianagaram District
- Facilitated Nose Masks, Disposable Suites to the Collectorate and GVMC
- Distributed Umbrella Hats, Googles and hand Gloves to the Police Department.
- Distributed Betadine gargle solution to the police department in AP
Supporting Front line warriors in Telangana
Support provided in the state of Telangana:
- Distributed Hot & Cold Water Dispensers to the Police check posts at Hyderabad.
- Providing meals/edibles to the policemen and volunteers at check posts in Choutuppal
- Facilitated Nose masks, Hand Gloves, Sanitizers and other required material to front line warriors fight COVID-19 safely
- Donated thermometers to District collector, yadadri Bhuvanagiri District.
- Donation of COVID safety kits to LV Prasad Eye institude, Hyderabad.
